The Separatorless HEPA Filter, also known as Mini-Pleat HEPA Filter, is a high-performance air purification component designed for cleanrooms, medical facilities, pharmaceutical production, food processing, laboratories, and other controlled environments. It uses a compact mini-pleated design without aluminum separators, ensuring larger filtration area, lower resistance, and uniform airflow distribution.
These filters effectively capture 99.97% to 99.995% of particles ≥0.3 microns, including dust, bacteria, viruses, and aerosols, meeting international HEPA standards (EN1822 / IEST / ISO).
