Our YT-H Series Square Cross Flow Cooling Tower features two-sided air intake. Air enters through the fill on both sides, passes over the hot water, and is exhausted upward by a top-mounted fan – delivering efficient and stable heat exchange.
As a reliable Industrial Cooling Tower, it incorporates high-efficiency axial fans with wide blades, large air volume, low noise, and corrosion resistance for long service life. The motor is fully enclosed with IP55 protection, Class F insulation, and optional anti-vibration alarm or branded motors.
The low-pressure gravity distribution system uses large nozzles with no moving parts, adapting to variable water flow. An optional hot water basin cover keeps out debris and simplifies maintenance.
The high-performance PVC fill combines drift eliminator, air inlet louvers, and heat exchange surface in one unit. It is made of virgin PVC, meets B1 fire rating, and features efficient flow channels with hanging installation.
For structural durability, this Corrosion Resistant Cooling Tower uses galvanized magnesium-aluminum-zinc steel (superior corrosion resistance comparable to stainless steel, with self-healing cut edges). Stainless steel is optional. Ladders, safety cages, and guardrails are available as options.
