Our Vertical Fan Coil Unit is a central air conditioning terminal device designed for exposed floor-mounted installation. As an Exposed Fan Coil, it requires no ceiling void, making it ideal for hotels, hospitals, offices, shops, and other commercial spaces where ceiling space is limited or quick installation is needed. Its attractive, compact design blends with any interior decor.
Revolutionary Magnetic Grille & Easy Maintenance
For the first time in the industry, both supply and return air grilles use high-strength magnetic technology. This allows instant, tool-free access to filters and internal components, simplifying maintenance. The filter screen is assembled in segmented blocks using a high-temperature bonding process, eliminating the need to pull out a long one-piece filter – especially useful for large units. The Vertical Fan Coil Unit also features a new slide-rail side panel design, allowing flexible drawer-style access for even faster piping connections and servicing.
High-Efficiency Heat Exchanger
The cooling/heating coil is made of high-quality copper tubes and aluminum fins, produced on an American OAK dedicated heat exchanger line. Mechanical tube expansion ensures tight contact between tubes and fins, delivering excellent heat transfer efficiency.
Low Noise & Long-Life Motor
Equipped with a low-noise three-speed capacitor-run motor (single-phase 220V, 4-pole, 50Hz, Class B insulation), the unit drives either galvanized steel or ABS impellers (optional). Both fan types are dynamically and statically balanced for smooth airflow and quiet operation, making it a true Low Noise Fan Coil. Motor service life exceeds 15 years.
Smart Control Options
The unit can be ordered with a three-speed switch, a concealed remote thermostat, or even Wi-Fi control via smartphone app for convenient remote temperature and fan speed adjustment.
